FULL SERVICE MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT:
Under the Full Service Management Agreement (FSMA), Nashua Centre offers a complete maintenance plan for your Ricoh photocopier. This plan is designed to keep your machine running smoothly and efficiently, while reducing downtime. It’s the perfect solution for businesses in Karachi, ensuring quick and hassle-free support for all your photocopier needs.
Key Features of full service management agreement(FSMA):
Guaranteed Minimum Copies:
- A minimum of 5,000 copies per month is guaranteed under the agreement.
Comprehensive Maintenance Services:
- Maintenance, toner supply, parts replacement, and repairs are included.
Per Copy Charges:
- Charges are based on a per-copy rate as specified in the agreement.
Ownership Terms:
- The photocopy machine remains the property of the client throughout the agreement.
Billing and Payment:
- At the end of each month, Nashua will raise an invoice based on the guaranteed minimum copies.
- Payment must be made within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

Terms & Conditions:
- We will install the copier after the confirm work with One month advance Rent.
- Nashua will provide copier / Service / Parts & Toner without Paper & Operator.
- Client will provide proper Space & Power for the smooth running of machine.
- if any physical damaged of the machines occurs that will be charged seprately to the client.
- Nashua will raise the bill at the end of every month for minium or over & above copies client will make the payment within 7 days aftr receiving the inovice.
